So, we had an early dinner yesterday at 6pm and I just had some brekkie/lunch at 12pm. That makes an 18 hour fast.
Intermittent fasting gives your digestive system a rest which energizes your metabolism and helps you burn calories more efficiently.
It is also really good for your immune system. Kinda like a reset button when done properly.

Anyways, for my quick brekkie I used:
From the box
1/2 Buk Choy
As well as
1 organic avocado
1 tsp of organic butter
1 tbsp of chili oil
2 organic eggs
2 cubes of Meredith’s Farm goats cheese
First I fried the cubed tomato and sliced zucchini in butter using a teflon free pan. Then I added the buk choy and tbsp of chili oil and continued to fry until veggies were all soft and lightly brown.
Meanwhile, I poached two eggs. Soft boiled or fried eggs work just as well.
As well as slicing both halves of the avocado.
Next I placed the cooked veggies, eggs, sliced avo and cubes of goats cheese onto a plate.
Finally, drizzling the rest of the oil from the pan over everything.
A bit of salt, pepper and lemon juice to taste never hurt!
